Description
We have identified 3 main workstreams to transform to support achieving Mozambique’s economic development ambition which will require a governance model and structure to guarantee proper delivery. Workstream initiatives will be delivered through a lab-based model. To guarantee full implementation, 7 dedicated Labs focused on the strategic development priorities need to be created. The Program Coordination Office will ensure operational alignment between the Labs and overarching governance.
